Warranty for Cabinets
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Hardware and installation done
RUI’S Kitchens Products are covered by five year warranty. All cabinets sold by RUI’S KITCHENS are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five year from the date of purchase.
About Hardware Warranty
RUI’S Kithens provides a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that its drawer slides and door hinges to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
About Return and Exchange Policy
Please check your order for accuracy and completeness as soon as our cabinets are received. In the event that you have mistakenly ordered product or changed your mind, RUI’S KITCHENS will provide a 15-Day Return Policy and will accept the return of your products( flat package only ), After your returned Product has been received and inspected , credit for the product, no-restocking fee, will be issued.
About Dealers Responsibilities
All the dealers are responsible for opening and inspecting the product as soon as possible. Dealers are responsible for contacting RUI’S Kitchen Customer Service department to request a Return or Replacement order. Contact us for more details.
Cabinets Assembly Service:
All the assembly request orders will scheduled from the date of deposit received, and ready for pick up after 10 business days.
